Public question
When will automatic-aid agreements and response-time reporting turn the fire master plan into a measurable improvement?

Editorial question. SWOX Council sets service policy and approves funding; Fire Chief Shane Caskanette leads implementation. Automatic aid also requires agreements with Woodstock, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg. Councils cannot promise a neighbour’s participation on their own.
